Guidance on NHS Track and Trace

The government have issued guidance for organisations in certain sectors to collect details and maintain records of staff, customers and visitors on their premises to support NHS Test and Trace.

It is not clear if crematoria and cemeteries should gather details of all mourners attending services or, as they are a group, only the ‘lead member’, the applicant and / or the funeral director. Members may wish to discuss this with their local Health Protection Teams. 

Further clarification is currently being sought and will be shared with members when it becomes available.
